This full time job post is for female candidates. “Design Oxyll” a Karachi based IT company is seeking for a skilled and experienced Female “Business Development Executive” to generate leads in Website and graphics project for the company. The ideal candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, will be detail oriented and organized. We value an excitement to solve tough problems and quick deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment. *Requirements and skills:. You must know how to write a clean and professional proposal with an attractive pitching line throughout your proposal. Ability to chat with clients for (Web design and Development, Graphic design, and UI/UX). Ability to collaborate with team and achieve team monthly sales targets. Ability to engage clients and push them to buy our services. Should have proven sales record of more than 5000 USD. Ability to generate leads on new profiles. * Experience: Bidding: 4 years (Preferred) Upwork/ freelancer: 4 years (Preferred) Bark Calling: 4 years (Preferred) *Perks: 3% Sales commission. Weekend holidays. Paid Leaves. Daily Bonus. Monthly Bonus. Twice increment in a year. * Shift availability: Day shift: 11am to 8pm * Language: English (Required) PS: Commission will be given after completion of the project and only if the monthly target is achieved.
